Roads provides infrastructure to keep traffic moving efficiently. Blackwell Engineering and their staff have designed numerous roads in the City and County, such as: Garbers Church Road, Mt Clinton Pike, Acorn Drive, SE Connector –Route 280, and several residential roads.
